Straccetti di pollo agli ortaggi

Ormai la stagione estiva è arrivata e gli ortaggi iniziano ad essere sempre più presenti essendo di stagione e ci accompagneranno almeno fino a settembre. Ecco quindi un modo alternativo per cucinare il pollo, accompagnato da gustosi ortaggi che daranno a questa carne bianca un gusto veramente delizioso. Pochi passaggi e otterrete un buon secondo piatto con annesso contorno.

Ingredienti per 4 persone:

4 sovracosce di pollo

2 zucchine medie

1 peperone rosso

1 peperone giallo o verde

1 porro

2 carote

1 spicchio di aglio

olio extra-vergine

sale

Procedimento:

Disossate 4 sovracosce di pollo e toglietele la pelle; se non riuscite fatelo fare al vostro macellaio di fiducia. Tagliate a striscioline il pollo, così da ottenere tanti straccetti. Lavate zucchine, i peperoni e le carote e tagliate tutto alla julienne (ma non troppo sottili). Togliete le foglie più esterne del porro e tagliatelo a rondelle. Una volte che avrete tagliato tutti gli ortaggi, prendete una padella capiente, aggiungete l’olio e lo spicchio di aglio e fatelo rosolare un pochino. Successivamente aggiungete tutti gli ortaggi. Fateli cuocere da soli un 10 minuti, al che aggiungete gli straccetti di pollo. Lasciate cuocere senza coperchio per almeno 30-40 minuti a fiamma media. Quasi al termine, unite il sale e lasciate andare ancora qualche minuto. Servite caldo.
